The B & B “The poplar and the source” is located in Castello d’Agogna, in the heart of Lomellina, the largest rice-growing area in Europe, with an irrigation system that dates back to the times of Leonardo da Vinci and next to the Zone of Special Protection more extensive in Europe, where a variety of nesting birds. It’s part of everyday life in the encounter herons, egrets and the variety of birds found here a natural habitat in their favor.
At the center of four highways, two of which are in the north-south and two east-west direction, with the Malpensa Airport in 20 minutes and Rho Pero EXPO 2015 in a 30-minute drive away. The Poplar and the source is located at the entrance of Mortara, from where you can reach by train the center of Milan in half an hour. It is 20 km from Casale Monferrato, Vercelli and Novara, 12 km from Vigevano and 30 km from Pavia.
